The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 再说诱奸与QJ的区别为时已晚，女孩已然受到了伤害。法律毕竟是事后惩罚，如何预防才是更为重要的课题。有时因为好奇，无知在危机的边缘犹豫不决，希望在这个时候，作为一名成年人要敢于说不，有时沉默带来的结果不是大家所能够接受的。
很多人间世事是无法单纯地用法律准则来衡量的。
说是特别篇，其实也是一个剧场版。预告里把辰巳队长剪的像一个反派，反倒是时岗队长是主角方的样子，没想到剧中反过来了，进姐夫的时岗队长前期塑造的确实完美，然后就来了一个180度大转变。
拼盘电影成了红色电影新宠，半小时太短，抱团取暖，试水绝佳，但不管是拍摄手法还是剧本故事，真得也没啥新意。死亡固然伟大，但并不值得宣扬，生存才是永恒的主题。艺术创作也讲究一个闭环，可称之为传承，硬拗也是可以理解的，鸭先知可以说是非常完美的宣讲稿，以小视角窥见大时代，值得学习，嗯！

把TV摁在地上摩擦，剧情节奏虽然紧，但不像TV一样乱，打戏虽然多，但看的爽，最重要的是这部剧场版把TV中忽略的“人”这一元素充分体现出来了，算是为特利迦的故事画上了一个圆满的句号。
可以确定特利迦就是个天残畸形企划了，靠前辈救场勉勉强强能看。反派就是性转版卡尔蜜拉，还需要乐子人出来撑场面。特利迦企划最好的三样东西：OP&ED，黑特和结名。最后，不给彰人配个奥实在是有点欺负人啊
不用想就知道瓣这些小孩肯定对第一个单元老反感了…太主旋律太渲染感情了就这样，这些喝洋墨水长大的孩子，脑子已经完全西华了
章子怡那个故事很戳心，徐峥水准一直在线，吴京那个拉胯了，沈腾那个就是爆米花电影
吴京的单元背景故事很悲壮，限于体量拍得比较呆板；章子怡的部分太像唯美的宣传片了；徐峥的画面构图韦斯安德森怎么看；沈腾的单元倒是挺适合孩子看，开心麻花那种搞笑加温情的比较“轻”的类型。
反派的理由越来越魔幻了。主角不叫司麦路就好了
男女议题扣紧当下时代发展（metoo之后的互联网污名化，少许的种族议题，年轻权贵们的醉生梦死），不再是简单的二元对立（“强奸犯”也可以是在机场帮助老太太拿行李箱的年轻人），而是有着更为透彻且客观的反思。
庭审环节，被害女性一遍又一遍回忆重复被性侵的细节，令人窒息，从精神到肉体都一丝不挂。用最文明的方式却也是最野蛮的方式，剥夺了女性最后一丝尊严。
怎么说呢，两位律师站在各自当事人立场所提出的质疑、发言都说得很有道理，本墙头草听了也觉得都很对，但是不太喜欢这种故事框架——我给你织了一张迷网，也给你提供了一场优秀的辩论，最终怎么看取决于你。现实中已经有太多模棱两可和各种理中客了，如果把双方律师的论点深入挖掘，会不会更直观更有剖析价值？
双方对于该事的不同理解，说不上谁对谁错。但是作为男方，挺赞同男主父亲的一番话。
